Franklin PUD needed a fresh and new design for the start of the new year. With a lot of information to present, the design and layout needed to present the content cleanly and simply. The site was built with a Joomla back end so that the internal PUD staff can make updates.
I was responsible for design and some initial XHTML/CSS for this site.

Lamb Weston’s 10th and 11th iteration of it’s Interactive Training Program. This flash-based application is used by the sales staff, brokers and distributors as a resource allowing users to access videos, PDF’s, applications and a customizable quiz.
I rebuilt the CD from the ground up, completely reprogramming the CD’s XML driven back-end and quiz engine to work more efficiently and allow for easier updating and customization. I was responsible for flash animation and programming, as well as the design for the ‘Tantalizers’ portion of the disc for this project.

Gesa Credit Union decided to put on a event to promote National Credit Union Youth Week. They’re throwing a huge Video Game tournament in celebration. Teens age 13 – 18 can go to the website, register for a seminar and then they’re eligible to participate in the tournament.
I was responsible for art and creative direction, logo design, web design, XHTML and CSS and motion graphics for the commercial.

The Imageworks 2008 Refresh winner. The YMCA gave me freedom to produce the site from start to finish. I wanted to create a site that would be appealing to children and parents alike and generate excitement for the YMCA and all its programs.
The YMCA would much prefer to spend its money helping children learn and grow, so they needed a cost effective solution for their site that would allow them to make updates as needed yet maintain the integrity of the design. The site was built on the Joomla CMS, I was responsible for the concept, design, XHTML, CSS, CMS integration and flash navigation.

A long standing client, Benton PUD was ready for a redesign. With a focus on providing customers with the information they need while offering easy access to Benton’s programs and services while maintaing a clean and inviting look and feel, we set out to overhaul the entire site.
We reengineered the entire site from the ground up. Where simple site-wide updates used to take an hour, they now take just a few seconds! 55k pages were trimmed to 8k or less. The site leverages for JQuery form validation and the navigation effects. I was responsible for site planning, concept, design, XHTML, CSS and Flash on the site.

Bechtel is constructing the largest Nuclear waste processing facility in the world. To get students age 7-15 excited about science, math and the project, we helped construct WTP2020 an interactive walk through of the site, demonstrating how it works and how the complex facilities function.
The full Virtual Experience was delivered in flash playing a series of videos with mini-games throughout based on the facility operations for users to play. The full piece was delivered on a DVD-ROM for installing on a users computer with an alternate version playable on set top DVD players.
I was responsible for creative direction, design, concept of the flash mini-games, compositing and video effects, lead flash developer for the project, and responsible for the final deliverable. This project won two Bronze Telly awards. One in the category of Training for Corporate Use and the other for Use of Animation.

The Delta High School is a unique school aiming to offer students a focused education. For this they needed a stand out online presence which would allow users to learn about the school and also apply online. With the project on a slim timeline, we had two weeks for design, programming, implementation into a CMS, testing and launch.
Delta had an already established a brand style guide targeted towards print. While keeping in-line with established guidelines, I tried to bring some depth to the web design and embrace the Delta’s core concept of open boundaries. The site is built on Expression Engine allowing the Delta administrators to update the site as needed. The site leverages flash, JQuery, and CSS Sprite based navigation. I was responsible for design, XHTML, CSS and Flash programming as well as the CMS integration.

Advanced Med Hanford wanted to provide a way for users to plan out a meal and get a rough idea of the nutritional value of their chosen meal. Users select an Entree, up to 3 sides, a drink and dessert and get a snapshot of how balanced their desired meal is.
Incorporating a friendly place setting with a menu to select foods and note cards to display the nutrition facts, I was responsible for interface design and all flash programming and animation.
